Personal Finance App for Africa

I want to create a simple android app to help track and understand personal finances. The target users for the pilot phase are women in low-ressource Kenya. They face the challenge of very low cash flow and rising cost of living. Being able to understand where their money is coming from and where it is going is the first step to making changes.
So I am looking for someone who can help me with developing the app and the administrative side of things. I have a pretty clear idea of what I want and have made a basic prototype with Adalo but need someone with the necessary skills to make this a stable, stand alone app so I can run a pilot phase roll-out.
