1. **Event Management System (HIGHEST PRIORITY)**
- Basic event creation with minimal parameters (location, time, capacity)
- Simple admin dashboard for event oversight
- SMS notification capability for event announcements
- Basic payment processing for event fees
- Minimal RSVP functionality

2. **Essential User Onboarding**
- Streamlined registration with basic profile creation
- Simple personality assessment (3-5 questions only)
- Phone number verification for SMS communication
- Basic waitlist functionality

3. **Text Messaging Integration**
- Integration with SMS gateway (Twilio preferred)
- Core automated text workflows
- Basic response handling

## Technical Requirements
- Cross-platform development (iOS and Android) using the fastest implementation method
