Payment GATEWAY integration!!!

I will need a freelancer to c set up a payment gateway in my IOS and Android application who is already completed. My actual freelancer do not have the expertise in order to complete it.
Maybe you could suggest a payment gateway ?? Client X will received payment from client B minus my % application fees set in the adm panel . Client X needs to be able to transfer his money from the application to his banking account . This payment gateway need to work around the world.
