PXC Mobile App for business to business to be able to take commission and monthly subscription

My project is for a partsxchange mobile application that will enable business to business to buy and sell parts to each other Stripe need to take a commission for PXC and monthly subscription fees. I need the app to be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. Payment will be made using Credit/debit Card. The app is built and the stripe payment is live. we just need some training and to make sure it is set up correctly.
