PWA to React Native

I have 2 apps in my project [1 teacher APP and 1 student APP]
STUDENT APP
https://estudiantes.refuerzamas.com/
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.refuerzamasestudiantes

TEACHER APP
https://docentes.refuerzamas.com/
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.refuerzamasdocentes

Both APPs are PWA but I need them to be passed to React Native because within these apps I have a chat functionality and for that I need push notifications when a chat participant sends a message.

if someone has another solution can contact me
