Connect Core PHP Matrimonial Website to Java Android Application (No Documentation Available)

Project Description:
We have a fully developed Core PHP-based matrimonial website and a Java-based Android application. However, there is no existing API documentation available. We need a skilled developer to analyze the source code of both the website and the Android app and establish a working connection between them.

Your primary task will be to:

Review and understand the PHP backend (Core PHP, no framework)

Examine the Java Android app source code

Develop or update APIs as needed to allow the Android app to communicate with the website backend

Ensure proper functionality for key features such as:

User registration and login

Profile viewing and editing

Matchmaking/search functionality

Messaging or expressing interest

Image upload (if applicable)

Requirements:
Proficient in Core PHP and MySQL

Strong experience with Java (Android app development)

Ability to reverse engineer codebases without documentation

API design and integration experience (REST preferred)

Knowledge of app security best practices

Deliverables:
Functional integration between Android app and PHP website

Well-documented code or post-integration notes

Sample test cases or instructions to verify the setup

Provided:
Full source code of the PHP website

Full source code of the Android app

Database access or SQL dump

Optional but Preferred:
