Osiric Clock App

I'm constructing a thing called a static schedule. I need an app that calculates sunrise to sunset and divide the time into pulses (seconds), circles (minutes), spheres (hours), shifts (10 hours), and revolutions (24 hours).
There will be 100 pulses in a circle, 100 circles in a sphere, 10 spheres in a shift, and 2 shifts per revolution.

I also want the app to have a calendar one will be solar, the other; lunar. Solar for females, lunar for males.
