Onvif PTZ IP Camera Android App

I need an Android application developed to control and view my Onvif PTZ IP camera. The app should be basic with no other OSD info, with key functionalities like viewing the camera, touchscreen PTZ control, and pinch-to-zoom.
Recommended hardware for minimal to NO video lag, screen needs to be powered externally with no battery. used in a harsh vibration environment.

Key Requirements:
- The app must be compatible with an Onvif PTZ IP camera.
- The app should allow for camera viewing and touch screen PTZ control.
- The pinch-to-zoom feature should be implemented on the app, for a smoother control of the camera view.
- Must have NO/minimal lag in video playback
- Wired LAN and wifi required
