Online Doctor Consultation Android App -- 2

Source code of the app will be our property. You can not ask for more money than the agreed amount.
Payment will not be made in advance. You will have to handover fully functional source code, only then full payment will be released.
We will make the payment in milestones.

We are looking for an Android Application where users will register online and will have to pay subscription charges and their health card will be generated instantly. They can even book Doctors at home service by taking Appointment on our app.
The User will install our app, create an account and the app will fetch the user's current location.

Starting from first step.

User will install our app.
Create an account by entering a valid mobile number and otp authentication.

Valid email i.d with email otp verification.

One mobile number and one email i.d can be used only once to create an account. If any user create any other Account on any other mobile using same email i.d or mobile number then it should show 'User with this email i.d / mobile number already exists'. There should be password reset option.

There should be patient panel.

There should be doctor panel.

There should be admin panel.

There should be Video Calling Feature.

There should be Chatbot.

All of the users should be centrally connected to one single database used by Admin. Its backend should be on firebase.

This app should have all the details of the patients with one unique i.d number alloted to them. When user will register online and open the app, a chat popup will be opened and chat bot will start communicating with person. After asking basic information, app will ask user to continue talking to a doctor on call or want us to prescribe the medicines or treatment.

User some unique reference number will select any doctor's profile and make payment to get video call in given time.

If admin or doctor want to see those records in future then by entering their unique i.d number it should display all the medical history of that patient.

It should show that when that person booked our services in the past and was treated in how much time by which doctor and what was the medical history, what was the prescription, what was the payment mode, how much patient paid, what was the feedback, what was the profile of the doctor etc.

Payment gateway will also be connected to the app.

There should be some levels of the services which we will be offering to patients.

When doctor will write a prescription, it should be sent to patient's panel, their whatsapp number and their email i.d too in pdf format.

All the services can be booked only by pre payment option.

For doctor's panel registration, they will have to enter all their KYC details including their Doctor registration number, their copy of certificates and degree.

Whenever user will book any Doctor for any service, every activity should be stored on our database.

Whenever user will take any service from any doctor on our platform, a copy should be saved on doctor dashboard, patient dashboard and admin panel too.

In case of any dispute or anytime admin should have the feature to refund the service charge or subscription charges fully or partially to any user.
Admin should have the option to give extra amount as incentive to doctor.

On a specific date, amount available in doctor's panel should be transferred to doctor's bank account.

Admin should have the feature to add, remove or block or reinstate any user's account.

Patients must have the feature to give feedback, review on the doctor's profile after their service is finished.
All the feedback should be between 1-5 and should be calculated automatically.

There should be Google map api, sms api, email otp api, payment gateway api.

There will be an option to post feedback, ratings and review about doctors and hospitals also.

Taking Appointment of doctors for treatment according to their time table and calender.
