I'm in need of a talented web and mobile app developer to help me build a simple MVP for a web-based app called OneTalk. This app is designed to connect two anonymous users for private 1-on-1 chats, primarily aimed at providing emotional support.

- Users initiate their journey by clicking “I’m ready” to join a queue.
- Once two users are ready, they get matched into a private chat room.
- Each user can only engage with one match at a time.
- Users can only switch to a new match after either sending 20 messages each (40 total) or 24 hours have passed since the match started.
- If a user fails to send the required 20 messages within 24 hours, they are automatically moved to a new match.
