OneSignal Push Notification Issue Resolution

I am experiencing an issue with OneSignal push notifications on my mobile app. Users are not being subscribed oddly at the moment, and I'm looking for a developer to resolve this.
The issue appears to be related to the automatic opt-in functionality present in the app. The following work needs to be done to address the problem:
- Investigate the reason behind the malfunctioning of the automatic opt-in
- Implement a solution to ensure users are correctly subscribed
- Fix user notification via push and text using OneSignal
