OneDrive Backup Setup on Windows Laptop

I'm seeking an expert in OneDrive who can assist me in setting up file backup from my Windows laptop to OneDrive. I have one drive and google drive installed but now confused what is being saved and backed up where?
The primary purpose of this project is to ensure that all relevant files from my laptop and Android phone are securely backed up.
Key tasks:
- Set up OneDrive on my laptop for backup purposes.
