I am in need of a skilled Android developer to create a mobile application. looking for an experienced Android developer to create a mobile application with offline map functionality and routing. The app should allow users to view predefined locations on an offline map and enable route navigation within a defined area, even when there is no internet connection.

The key functionality includes offline map viewing and route navigation.

- App Specifications:

Offline Maps: Implement offline map functionality using Map SDK of your choice - e.g., Google Maps SDK, Mapbox, etc. The app should download and store maps for a specific area defined by latitude and longitude coordinates.

Location Services: Enable device location services to display the user's current location on the offline map.

Predefined Locations: Store and display predefined locations on the map using latitude and longitude values.

Offline Routing: Implement offline routing logic to allow users to navigate between predefined locations without an internet connection.

User Interaction: Provide a user-friendly interface for interacting with the map, including tapping on markers to view details and selecting locations for routing.
