Office Meeting Room Tablet Procurement

I'm in need of a wall-mounted office meeting room tablet, capable of NFC interaction and compatible with web-based applications. We are looking for a price point of $200 to $250 per unit.. with an initial order of 2 to 4 for testing and development purposes. Devices MUST be returnable should they be determined to not fit our needs (usually the need for a return is because the supplier did not understand the requirements or under delivered) so please read these specifications closely. Substitutions or alternatives are NOT acceptable. We will confirm before awarding that all specifications are met so please read carefully.

The device should come with the following specifications:

- A front-facing NFC reader that can read various types of NFC cards, including Mifare Classic 1k and NTAG424 DNA.
- Compatibility with web-based applications, similar to the example provided: https://be-prepared.github.io/
- Running on Android 11 or a newer version.
- A front camera.
- A screen size between 4.5" to 7".
- Two power options: Power over Ethernet (PoE) and direct power (via USB or DC adapter).
- Two networking options: WiFi and ethernet.
- Two types of mounts: both wall mounting and stand mount options.
- (OPTIONAL BONUS) if there is also fingerprint reading capability
- Tamper-proof and secure mounting options to prevent theft or damage.
- A minimum one-year warranty covering all hardware and software issues.
- Reinforced edges to protect the device from accidental drops or impacts.

In terms of features, the most crucial one for the tablet is that it is an Android device. This will allow for compatibility with a wider range of applications and services.
