OTP Reading Utility for NextJS + Capacitor

I need a developer to create a utility for my Android/iOS app, built in NextJS + Capacitor framework, that can read OTPs from SMS.

Key features required:
- Compatibility with both Android and iOS platforms
- Automatic OTP auto-fill in a designated form
- Inclusion of a manual OTP copy option in case the auto-fill fails.
- Push notifications to alert the user when an OTP is received.
