Nurse Shift Management & Timesheet Submission App

I'm seeking an experienced app developer to build a cross-platform app for both Android and iOS. This application will be a comprehensive tool for nurses, that allows them to:
- Review and select open shifts
- Send various types of certifications, including digital ones, scanned files, and document images
- Take photos of and submit their timesheets through the app
The project requires the app to be user-friendly and intuitive. The primary method for nurses to submit their timesheets should be by taking a photo.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mobile app development across multiple platforms and working with digital images and file uploads. Experience in healthcare or workforce management is preferred. You should also have a keen eye for design to ensure the app is easy to navigate.
