Nucleus Diagnostics is a large category referral laboratory with multi speciality and super speciality polyclinic and pharmacy.
REQUIREMENTS -
* Website and mobile app
A) FOR LABORATORY -
1. For collection centres, pick up points and individual collectors -
i) As Nucleus is a referral laboratory and it will have multiple collection centres and pick up point throughout the country, we need a website with multiple access-level log in facility for blood collectors, pick up points, collection centres, branches and headquarter to facilitate sample registration, real-time sample tracking, report status, report print/download money deposit, real-time ledger maintenance, real-time billing and transaction summary.
ii) Barcoding facility for sample registration, tracking and processing.
2. Working laboratories -
i) Laboratory will need stock status & maintenance(including GRN), quality control (Qc) of different parameters, fulfilling requirements for NABL accreditation.
ii) Usual things, i.e. - sample registration, billing, sample accession, completion, verification and approval system tree with multiple access level log ins for reception, laboratory technicians, pathologist, microbiologist, biochemist, lab admins and owner.
iii) Report must include barcode and QR code. QR code must be verifiable(with QR scanner/google lens) with auto-download facility from nucleus named link.
3. For Patients -
Through both app & website -
i) Appointment scheduling (also home-collection in specified areas).
ii) Real-time sample tracking (optional)
iii) Automated sms & email delivery after report is uploaded
(the process tree for lab must be like this - sample accession > completion > verification > approval > upload > print)
iv) Any query regarding test availability, requirements, rates (Form based).
v) Feedback form
vi) Grievance registration & redressal.
B) For OPD/Polyclinic -
i) Appointments
ii) e-prescription
iii) Automated SMS reminders to patients before scheduled date
C) For PHARMACY -
i) Purchase(GRN), maintenance & sale of medicine stock
ii) Billing (For in-house patients UHID must be available for use to access e-prescription)
iii) Automated SMS reminders to customers after expected completion of courses in cases of recurring customers
D) FOR ALL OF THE NUCLEUS -
1. Admin panel
2. Accounts - daily, weekly, monthly & yearly summary based on units, divisions (pharmacy, lab, clinic), subdivisions (such as in labs - biochemistry, microbiology, clinical pathology, cytopathology, histopathology etc.)
3. Account summary, ledger of collectors, collection centres, pick up points, branches and headquarter
4. Ledgers
5. Data analytics - analysis of centres, testing pattern, income & expenditure based on geographic area, tests, referring doctors etc.
6. Single UHID for all branches, division & subdivision
7. Marketing & promotional activity through sms/email with the help of analytics.
