I am looking for somebody to build a notification system for me. The system will need to be able to send push notifications to both iOS and Android devices. The main purpose of the notifications will be to keep farmers up to date with any unusual activity that may be happening with the animals or plants that they are observing. The level of detail that would need to be included in the notifications should be moderate, providing brief information about the situation.
