News Android App Reskin & Customization

I'm looking for an experienced developer with a strong background in Android app customization and server setup to reskin and customize a news app I've purchased from CodeCanyon. The app has been bought and the script is ready for use.

Key Requirements:
- Change the app name, splash screen, and app icon
- Change the package name
- Set up the admin panel on my server
- Perform database setup
- Configure Firebase
- Set up AdMob and Facebook Ads
- Implement OneSignal for push notifications
- Reskin and customize the app to meet my requirements

The most critical part of this project is customizing the admin panel to allow posting news to both the app and the website.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Android app reskin and customization
- Strong understanding of server setup and database management
- Familiarity with Firebase, AdMob, Facebook Ads, and OneSignal
- Previous work with news apps is a plus

Please note that the customization of the admin panel is a top priority. The panel should be able to handle post news to a website.
