Need a xamarin developer

I am looking for a Xamarin developer with expertise in developing for the Android platform. The main focus of the job is to develop the front-end of the project but I am open to the possibility of integrating external services if it would help the project. The ideal candidate should be able to develop custom solutions for the platform and then help to debug and optimize them. Familiarity with the Xamarin platform would be a plus.
