Need someone who has a wide background as to features/limits for android and o/s.

I am looking for someone with experience and a good working knowlege of android and ios. My goal is to create an app or employ something that exists that I may not have heard of. I have multiple cells and would like to combine some from a single sim cell to a dual cell without deleting or merging any data. I AM NOT TRYING TO COPY ANYONE ELSES DATA OR ANYTHNNG ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE. AN EXAMPLE IS I HAVE 2 NOTE 10 PLUS 5G SAMSUNG PHONES. Cracked the screen on both, but can still access. I bought a note 10 dual sim phone and would like to transfer everything from both phones to one. Apps like smart switch or coolmuster dont move everything. If you have a solution please telm me how much and how long to complete.
