Need push notification feature for existing mobile app

I have ongoing flutter project and I need to implement the push notification feature for iOS and Android application.
This app allows the pilots to send messages each other and share the file/folder regarding the flight information.
The candidate must have strong experience in hybrid app development using flutter/dart and implementing the push notification.
