The chat app is 100% offline. The idea is to take a message for example

Hello will be PGP encrypted and split into 2 parts.
Half the message is sent on tele and the other half on sig for example. The other side recciver will also have my app. And will be recived in the same way but in reverse.
Needs to do photos, voice messages, and calls
