Need to make ecommerce mobile app with real time data scraping

I need to make similar app like Bingko App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bringko.app&hl=en&gl=US) where they allow user to enter website vendor marketplace and place order and sent to the app directly to make payment and shipping. They mirroring the source page via url and somehow can add item on bringko site. Please add I have "Download Bingko App and Run the App" on your proposal for cconsideration or else i will ignore
