Need help to implement "video downloader" option in an android web browsing app - built on java.

Please bid only if you did something similar

When viewing a website that has video, when click to play the video a small arrow appears on the screen then when click on the small arrow the app displays the different resolution available for the video and ask to rename the downloaded video.

I need help to implement only the "video downloader" part.
