I need some one good in Call Center Technology/ IVR/ Telephony IT to handle or manage Customer calling into our Phone service via IVR Call management facility. Therefore, we will give yo idea or what we require i.e call flow or details so yo can work out best flow and best IVR to management call flow.. The Call will obtain details from client and validate it with database infor. therefore the IVR service will manage the database.. There are many companies that offer this service but we only require very professional company..
