Need a fix for the notification problem

The attached Android project has an issue with notification clicks. Specifically, on Android 11 and later versions, clicking a notification while the app is open leads to the opening of the MainActivity. However, if the app is closed and removed from the recent applications list, clicking the notification doesn't trigger any response. Please inform me if anyone can resolve this issue.
