Need to build a game which make money

I am looking for a skilled game developer to build an Action/Adventure game for the mobile platform. I have a list of specific game features in mind and I am open to creative input as well. The ideal candidate should have experience with mobile game development and be able to design engaging game mechanics that will keep players entertained. Additionally, knowledge of monetization strategies for mobile games is a plus.
