Need app to be translated to German

I use these apps for my podcast: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.wizzard.android.afdradio21&gl=DE and https://apps.apple.com/de/app/afd-podcast/id1575774285 Problem is: They are both in English. I am getting bad ratings for the app because my German listeners expect a German app. Has anyone any solution? The app is a pretty basic podcast app, so it actually should not be a problem to write a new one with the same basic functions but German labels, right?
