Need a android developer for Making RFID Inventory Application

Need to Develop an Application for RFID/Barcode Hand Held Scanner/reader android Based Device.
we have SDK and API's of RFID Device.
How Application will Work. its a overview details
when we adding new RFID Tag app will Ask Some Details Like
1. will Take Image of Product Via Camera
2. Will Scan 2D Barcode using Camera and the Text will be filled in SKU ID Text BOX
3. we can add multiple Text Input where we fill needed Details during adding New RFID Tag
4. Selecting of Group in Which the RFID ID will park or Store with provided information
5. Can Create Multiple Groups
6. Can Search by using RFID ID or some other Text
7. Can Read particular/Specific Group RFID Tags or All Groups RFID Tags
8. if some RFID Tags are missing during Scanning all the missing tags will be moved to Missing Tab
9. in Missing Tab All RFID Products will Show Like Catalogue with Their Image and Provided Text Details
10. when we start scanning all product will show like Catalogue with their image and Provided Text Details
11. Application will Activate using Key and will Expire on Particular Date and Time
12. Can Import Data on Specific Group USING Excel File and Can Export Data on Excel Format of Specific Group.
