Need to add features to a dating applicaiton

I already have a dating application that is exactly like tinder but as tinder has unlimited radius of finding people I would like to limit the radius to 50ft and would like to add a feature of sending snap like snapchat to the application. The application is developed in flutter so would need someone with good flutter knowledge.
