Need a Zebra Label Printer ZD421 driver for Android

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a driver for the Zebra Label Printer ZD421 that is compatible with Android devices.

Specific Requirements:
- The driver should be able to support the printing functionality of the Zebra Label Printer ZD421.
- It should be compatible with all recent versions of Android.

Please note that I already have a specific brand and model of the Zebra Label Printer (ZD421). The driver should be able to work with this particular model. Additionally, I only require the printing functionality from the driver, no other functions are needed.

The driver you develop should be accessible when I do find or discover network printer on ip address, and this zebra zd421 is already configured as a static ip. With your driver, this printer should become connected or available as network printer. Then my handheld barcode scanner should be able to pick it up for automatic printing of label because you driver has made it available as network driver.
