Need Native Android Java developer to develop about 10-12 functional screens with server integration

Need to Develop a Native Android app(Java) with 10-12 screens max which includes the following

1. Splash screen
2. Two Types of Registrations screens
3. Registration Form 1
4. Capture Photos about 4 photos either from camera or from phone library
5. Submit each photo to server and save ref id from server(as base 64)
6. Display Confirmation screen with registration data and photos above
7. Submit info to Server and show result screen
8. Repeat above from 3 to 7 with a different registration form
9. 3 other help/misc screens
10. Form fields to be decided by server for each registration form

We will provide material design ui or we can discuss
Server request,response should be as per our existing format
Logos, Color Codes should be customizable
Backbutton support should be there
Resource should provide 2 weeks warranty support after UAT
Code should be handed over with clean comments and proper exception handling and error messaging
Final Work should be acceptable in terms of standards, as per requirements
Only experienced android developers(java) to apply
We have more work in pipeline if we are happy with work and final deliverable
