Need Multi-User Android / IOS App -- 2

We will provide various kind of services to large apartment / Villa complexes across India.

There are fixed package services and also pick and choose services. There will be a One-time membership fee and for each of the services the charges will vary.

We want the billing to be done through this app and invoices should be able to raise form this application, payment gate way should be there and it has to integrate with Tally software.

There will be Head office with Director, CEO, CFO, VP’s, GM, Managers and executives. Who should have the super permission.

The next level will be a City wise team. City Heads, Managers, Executives.

The next level will be apartment / Villa complexes, which are here in after, will be referred as a Community. There will be Community head, F&B supervisor, House-keeping supervisor, Admin & Accounts, HR Manager, Nurse, Electrician, Plumber, sports trainer, children escort, Tuition teachers and Hospital escort executive.

For members (Residents of the community) once they pay the one time membership fee, there has to be KYC document which they have to fill with various details like, community name, Apartment block, door no, Address, mobile number, email, Name, family members details etc. Once they submit this KYC document, this has to go to our database.

There has to be unique login details for each dwelling.

All services with charges have to be displayed to each one of them.

There has to be provision for vendor addition and partner addition.

It has to be IOS and Android compatibility.
