Need Mobile app for both IOS and Android

This app will be used for a measurement project. In Android you will utilize ARcore and in IOS you will utilize the built in tools. The app measures objects from the floor in a similar manner as the video I am attaching to this job. We wish to build a library that can be utilized in IOS for another party to use the measurement capability and the same for Android. Please view the video for the basic functionality.
