Need A Local Events and Business App (iphone/droid)

I am needing an app developed that allows users to post events and businesses in my local city for now. I want to be able to add cities at will via admin.
i will need to be able to charge users for certain items via stripe payment.
User interface must be intuitive enough a child can use it.
must be able to send out mobile notifications
must have accounts for users to admin their postings
must have admin panel for app
App must be placed on a stable platform that can handle demand and traffic
app must be visually appealing
must be able to support some type of custom ad system
searching for dev firm that can handle updates and app upgrades
searching for a firm that cares about the project and its full completion
searching for a firm that is intuitive and cares about details
prefer a firm that has experience with an app that deals with events and businesses
