Need Java Android Developer.

I already have built app, but I wanna update something:
Keep send android device location into our server after user close this app.


I will share server url to receive location data.
Now app send current location into our server, but not working at background or foreground (when user close app)
I wanna fix this problem

If you have experience in this field, please discuss with me.
