Need Instagram Feed Video Play Feature on existing Flutter App.

I am looking for a Flutter developer to add an Instagram feed video play scrolling feature to my existing app. The current version of my app is 1.0.0, and I would like the video play feature to be compatible with both Android and iOS devices.
