Need Help Setting Up Google Play Console & Apple Developer Account

We are looking for a freelancer (from India) who can:
- Create and configure a Google Play Console developer account
- Create and configure an Apple Developer account

We will upload the apps ourselves. Your job is just to:
- Create the accounts
- Help complete verification (email, phone, ID, payment)
- Make sure the account is ready for publishing

Preferred:
- From Kerala, India
- Experience with developer account setup (Play Store / App Store)
- Knowledge of payment profile, verification, D-U-N-S (for Apple) is a plus
