Need Delivery app (Android + IOS)

Hello, we need to create a delivery app, I need a quotation for a separate Android app only, as well as a separate quotation for Android and IOS both. Please provide the appropriate cost and delivery time line.
1) Super admin to manage all functions, approval, access, report
- Super admin can manage the payment release once the confirmed by customer.
- Super admin can track all the delivery map and status
2) Customer, who can register to app, select the pickup location delivery location, describe the product, weight, size, product details, required delivery time to the app and submit to app
- Once any delivery partner shared interest and cost, customer can select the right choice and assigne the deliverry task to the specific partner with approval and making necessary payment.
- Customer can track the delivery of the parcel from Pickup to locatio and can confirm once the deliver has been done at the correct destination.
- Customer can add review for the various delivery partners.
3) Delivery partner, who can register with app with appropriate documents,
- on approval of super admin, they will be able to take access of the deliveries notification
- with the submission of customers, nearby delivery partners will get a notification and they can share their interest, with interest they can update their availability and cost to deliver the same parcel.
- On approval from customers, they have to enable their map and reach to a client location, Pick the parcel and deliver to the destination.
- Driver can enable map to reach to the location
- On delivery, he can update the status with signature or ID proof of recepient
