Need a Android application which works on fingerprint scanning concept

Hi there,
I need an android application which scans fingerprints from external fingerprint biometric scanner and converts the scanned expressions into image and store them into firebase database.

Here are some following points what we need:
1. We need android application which can scan fingerprints by external fingerprint biometric machine
2. This application will scan the impressions and converts them into images.
3. For 10 impressions (8 fingers and 2 thumbs), we need 10 portions. as shown in the video mentioned link (https://youtu.be/6n9AgWEMW14)
4. It will store the expression on the firebase database, when user clicks on "FINAL SUBMIT" button
5. The application must support the "Mantra Biometric Device" as mentioned in link (https://www.mantratec.com/products/Fingerprint-Sensors/MFS100-Fingerprint-Scanner)
6. Note: The file is not be submitted on google play console.
7. Confirms and sends all files to us after completion
