Need a Android Wear Health & Tracker App (Galaxy Watch 4)

I would need a Health Tracker App for Android Wear Devices (Galaxy Watch 4) and for Android Devices.
The App should do the following
1. Login in the App
2. Track GPS, GYRO, Accelerometer, Geomagnetic, Barometer,
3. Track Heart Rate, O2, Is Walking + Speed, Is hand shaking/waving, and other health API Gestures
4. Write data to disk + sync with apis to the cloud
5. Start Tracking Remotely all the above info or triggered from Server
6. Launch Certain Features from hand motion gestures
7. Run all of them in background
