Need a Android Phone & Wear (Galaxy Watch 4) Sound Gesture Recorder App

We are building a social app and would require a Android App specially Android Wear (Galaxy Watch 4) and Android Phones.

The features of the app are:

1. Login
2. Run in Bacground
3. Audio & Video Recorder Feature
4. Record and save to disk or sync to server when internet
5. Live stream to server
6. Backgroud record/stream
7. Start recording based on gesture (for android wear)
8. Start recording if triggered by server
