Need Android Developer For Host App In GP

I am in need of an Android developer to create a host app in Google Play.

Design:
- I already have a design ready for the app.

Data Communication:
- The host app will need to communicate with a stored database.

Compatibility:
- The host app should be compatible with Android devices only.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
