We Need an APP for analyzing advertising

We need an app ( android ) that is started by the user and runs in the background
cell phone is running.

This app can then detect how many advertisements are shown to the customer per day on the apps the customer uses. So we then get an evaluation with our app.

The app doesn't need to be in the app store. We or the user install the app on their cell phone themselves.
