Need APP built fast that works on android/iOS/ ( smart watch notifications a must).

Looking for an app to be built.
A paging service for patron to call a waiter to their table.
I have tried multiple app builders but no one can get it right. It’s super simple, so I must just be hiring people that are either slow, or must not know what they are doing.
The app functionality is simple. I have photos of what others have done in the past.
Sit down for dinner. Enter in waiters ID#. Waiter enters in table # and now waiter and patron are linked for service.
When patron needs something , like more drinks, dessert, the check, he simply presses the corresponding button, and the notification is sent to the waiters smartwatch.
The app needs waiter Database to assign an ID.
The Patron needs to sign in, and be able to sign out.
So 3 “apps”. One for waiter side. One for patron side, and smartwatch.
A android must be able to communicate to iOS and visa versa.
To bid, you must show your work you’ve done previously.
Your English must be great.
You must share my vision. If you don’t take pride in your work, I don’t want to hire you. Build the app so that it works great, and looks great. The flow of the app must be perfect.
