Native Android Radio App Development

I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to create a Native Radio App. This app will primarily serve as a platform for a live radio station, with the following key features:

- **Main Functionality**: The core function of the app is to facilitate live streaming from a radio station. The app should be able to deliver high-quality audio streaming with minimal delay and buffering issues.

- **Social Media Integration**: The app should allow users to interact with the radio station through social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing content on Facebook, tweeting about the show on Twitter, posting on Instagram, and sending messages via WhatsApp.

You should have a strong background in Android app development, with proven experience in building streaming apps. Knowledge of integrating social media APIs into Android applications is also a significant advantage. Your ability to deliver a user-friendly, engaging, and high-performance app will be key to the success of this project.
We need all the APP information to be uploaded from a web platform.

That works with Shoutcast and Icecast.
Simple design: Splash. On the general screen: logo/album cover + player + volume + social network icons.
When there is an incoming call, the radio volume should be muted and restored when the call is cut off.
That it is compatible with the latest Android update.
That I can change the streaming URL from the web platform.
That I can change the metadata from the web platform.
That I can publish on Google Play, complying with the parameters and standards required by Google Play.
That it does not require programming. Everything is changed from the web platform.
