Native Android Developer for Gallery and Video Player Apps

I'm seeking an experienced native Android developer from China, proficient in Java and Kotlin.

Project Requirements:
- Develop two Android apps:
1. Gallery App:
- Primary functionalities to be discussed later.

2. Video Player App:
- Subtitles support
- Playback speed control
- Offline mode
