NFC integration in Android App written in kotlin multiplatform
Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR
I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to integrate NFC cnnectivity to an existing Android app written in Kotlin Multi-platform. The application is a Bitcoin Wallet and the NFC support aims to interact with javacard hardware wallet. The NFC smartcard stores the private keys and signs the messages/transactions provided by the android application through NFC.
The Android app is open source and available here:
https://github.com/Blockstream/green_android
The NFC card is also open-source and based on this applet:
https://github.com/Toporin/SatochipApplet
The android app already supports different hardware wallets (Jade, Ledger and Trezor) using USB and BLE connectivity. We would like to reuse the same flow and functionalities as much as possible, but through NFC.
We can provide support, in particular regarding Satochip communication protocol (and an SDK is available for this). The work consists mainly in integrating the NFC communication with the android application.
