Description:

I am looking for a skilled **.NET MAUI** developer to build a **cross-platform mobile application** using NET 9**. The app must support **push notifications** via **Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)** for both Android and iOS**.

Requirements:

✅ .NET 9 & .NET MAUI: The app must be developed using the latest .NET 9 version.
✅ Firebase Integration: Implement **FCM push notifications** for Android & iOS.
✅ Device Token Handling:
- Retrieve the FCM device token upon installation.
- Display the token in the app for debugging.
✅ Push Notification Handling:
- The app must receive and handle notifications in foreground, background, and terminated states.
- Show notifications using the native notification system on each platform.
✅ Cross-Platform Support:
- Use .NET MAUI handlers or dependency services** to manage platform-specific behavior.
✅ UI & Logging:
